120,000 ft² | 11,150 m² | 24 Inpatient Beds | 47 Long-Term Care Beds

McKenzie County Healthcare System’s new Medical Center was constructed to support the needs of the rapidly growing community in Watford City, North Dakota. The new 120,000 ft² state-of-the-art facility combined both the current hospital and clinic, as well as the existing long-term care facility, all into one central location.

HCR was retained as the Relocation Specialist to assist and support McKenzie County Healthcare System throughout the transition into the new McKenzie County Medical Center. HCR provided move planning, warehousing, physical relocation, and new purchase distribution and installation services for the project.

Over 1,600 pieces of various Medical and IT equipment required to outfit the new facility were received, warehoused, inventoried, delivered to site, distributed, and placed and/or installed in the new Medical Center. This entire relocation of reuse assets was completed over six consecutive days.
