HCR provided advanced planning services for the Mercy Medical Center’s relocation. As there was a significant volume of furniture being reused and mingled throughout a variety of departments, HCR completed a thorough analysis of the existing furniture matrix. This additional step ensured that the master relocation scheduled was maintained and client satisfaction was provided. The patient move saw 75 patients comfortably relocated from the existing facility to the new Mary Catherine Bunting Center. HCR concluded their onsite services with consolidation management and provided the center with a complete inventory of redundant assets.
