The Outpatient Medical Annex at the Water Reed National Military Medical Center was constructed as part of the larger Medical Center Addition and Alteration project (MCAA). The Outpatient Medical Annex houses the departments of Optometry, Ophthalmology, Psychiatric Liaison Services and the Wounded Warrior Clinic, among several others.
