Sparrow Health’s, new state-of-the-art 72,000 ft² Sparrow Health Center was built to expand access to primary care, provide senior health services and offer streamlined and comprehensive care. HCR was again selected by Sparrow Health System to provide Transition Planning and Relocation Services in connection with the move from 3 existing sites to the new facility. To prepare for the transition, HCR worked together with all relocating services to create a comprehensive move plan and schedule. Following this plan, HCR performed the physical relocation of all assets from the existing sites to the new replacement facility. HCR completed the transfer in a safe and efficient manner with minimal disruption to clinics and care providers, while ensuring that all services at the new facility could become operational immediately following their move. This 3-phase relocation was completed on weekends over the course of 3 months.
