Health Care Relocations provided a defined user friendly plan, transportation, and all related moving services for the complex move of approximately 500 personnel and their related equipment from nine (9) original locations in metro Honolulu to a brand new state of the art research facility at Ford Island, Pearl Harbor Navy Base.

Logistical project challenges overcome by the HCR team included a lack of loading docks at most existing locations, a high number of specialty equipment that required vendor coordination, 20,000 linear feet of files, a large reference library move, a large number of glass specimens, a relocation of (4) CONNEX storage containers, and a predetermined move sequence spread over several months.
