Megan works with all types and sizes of healthcare organizations transitioning to new facilities. She assists leadership teams, management and front line staff in the development and implementation of strategies and plans to minimize risk and maximize building and staff readiness. This ensures organizations can provide care and achieve full operational capacity promptly upon move execution, with minimal downtime and disruption. Megan joined HCR in 2020 following fulfillment of her role as Associate Project Manager and Project Coordinator for Mission Health in Asheville, NC, for their transition into their North Tower Addition. During that time, she was responsible for coordinating the integration of operational planning, activation readiness and move management for all departments within the Mission Health Organization.
