Grady Memorial Hospital, frequently referred to as Grady Hospital or simply Grady, is the public hospital for the city of Atlanta. The hospital is ranked as the tenth largest public hospital in the United States and is recognized as one of the busiest Level I trauma centers nationwide.
Grady completed the internal relocation of their Pharmacy Department and retained HCR to plan and execute this move. HCR provided all staff, labor, specialized moving equipment and materials required to plan and perform the seamless relocation of staff, equipment and contents moving from the existing pharmacy. This included the relocation of ten Grady staff members to new cubicle spaces and two staff members to new office spaces, along with the internal relocation of equipment and contents, including an Omnicell, from the existing pharmacy space to the new space within the hospital. This work was completed over five consecutive days in July 2023.
