The Peel Memorial Centre for Integrated Health and Wellness, located in Brampton, Ontario, was constructed to support William Osler Health’s vision for an integrated health system and add crucial capacity to the rapidly growing region. The new facility provides primary ambulatory and outpatient-based care to the residents of Brampton and surrounding communities in a wonderful new health facility with easy access to a wide variety of traditional and alternative health care service.
HCR provided Transition Advisory, Physical Move and Asset Consolidation services for the project, including overseeing the entire transition planning process, enabling users of the new facility to successfully transfer from four existing locations and begin operations in an organized, efficient manner.
The project was structured as a P3 Project, with Plenary Health as constructor.
