HCR assisted with St. Alphonsus Health System’s relocation from their existing site into their newly constructed 5-story, 238,000 ft² replacement facility. In preparation for the move, HCR attended on site interviews with each individual department in order to develop a thoroughly planned relocation sequence. Once completed and approved by the facility’s move management team, HCR provided physical relocation services for all existing medical equipment, technology equipment, clinical area furniture, and other assets into the new building. After the relocation to the new facility was complete, HCR performed consolidation services at the existing site. All redundant clinical assets were sorted for re-use or disposal at the facility’s request. The entire relocation was completed from start to finish in just 8 days.
