Health Care Relocations teamed again with both Interior Health and Infusion Health for this successful relocation project into the Centennial Building and the Dr. Walter Anderson Building.
HCR performed the installations of owner purchased owner installed items throughout the new facility. HCR was responsible for not only the installations but the coordination of delivery, warehousing and assembly of the items prior to their final placement in the new Centennial Building.
Many months of logistical planning, meetings and interviews provided the essential information to coordinate the furniture and equipment relocation. The high volume of reuse items presented some challenges but HCR was able to remain on task and complete the sequence within the time frame desired by the facility. The careful planning for the patient move provided the comfortable transfer of 59 Medical/Surgery & Mental Health patients from either the existing Strathcona or Pandosy buildings.
