HCR applied their detailed planning strategies and productively moved this 7 storey facility into the adjacent brand new 12 storey structure. In all, 70 percent of the existing medical equipment and furnishings were moved. This internal move took place over 9 days and the patient move was carefully executed over 2 days and supported the risk free transfer of 162 patients.
