Pont-Rouge, Québec, Canada

48 Beds

The CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale (CIUSSSCN), in collaboration with the Société Québécoise des Infrastructures (SQI), constructed a new Senior’s Long-Term Care home in Pont-Rouge, Québec, to replace the existing Long-Term Care Home at the Portneuf Regional Hospital in Saint-Raymond, Québec, located approximately twenty kilometers away.

The Pont-Rouge Senior’s & Alternative Home houses a total of forty-eight beds, which are divided into four separate ‘households’ of twelve, each with their own private room and bathroom, as well as various shared group areas. This new model of accommodation allows for familiar and personalized private environments that are better adapted to each individual resident’s needs, while also maintaining a social, home-like environment for residents, family and staff.

HCR provided Transition Planning, Activation Planning & Support, Staff and Asset Transfer Planning, Physical Relocation of Assets and Resident Transfer Planning and Coordination services for the project.
