HCR conducted meetings with hospital managers and staff to plan the move in advance of actual physical relocation, toured the site to determine logistics, and prepared an advanced move schedule / sequence. This 2 phased move took place over four days and included the physical relocation, installation of Owner Purchased Owner Installed (OPOI) items (soap dispensers, paper towel, and miscellaneous medical equipment) and the consolidation of redundant hospital items post-move.
