Health Care Relocations partnered once again with Health PEI and provided the sequencing of each resident transfer and the coordination of supplied transportation resources to successfully relocate 109 residents from the legacy site to the brand new and welcoming facility. Prior to the relocation, HCR completed a thorough evaluation of each piece of transferable equipment, coordinated with the required vendors and staff and then performed the physical transfer of all equipment including resident belongings. At the conclusion of the transition, a complete consolidation of redundant assets was performed and the findings were provided to the health authority.
